  • We strive to process our orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

    Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping.

    International orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these packages must pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which may cause additional delays.

    If you want to exchange or return your item we are here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn and unwashed without any signs of damage. If the item was on sale, we can not accept it for return or exchange.

    EXCHANGES:

    If you are making an exchange, notify us what item and size you will be exchanging for. Once we receive your return we will send you the requested item and you will be notified when it is shipped.


    HOW TO RETURN:

    To make a return, simply go to our website and request a return to be initiated. Once you have filled out the return form an email will be sent to your inbox with a return label. Using the label provided, send the item back through the provided carrier. Allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and a refund to be initiated. 

    If there is an issue with the payment refund past two weeks, please contact us.

    *Original shipping charges will not be refunded

  • If you change your mind or realize you made a mistake after placing an order, the best we can do is remove items or cancel the entire order.

    We are able to cancel your order up until your order is processed for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, you must wait to receive your item(s) in the mail to return it for a full refund or store credit.

    If you still have questions about your order or need assistance, please contact our customer support team.

  • If you need to change the address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with your updated address.

    WE ARE NOT ABLE TO UPDATE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

    If you notice an error in your shipping address after the order is fulfilled, we recommend that you contact your local shipping courier to see if they can do a package intercept and redirect the package to the correct address.

  • A confirmation of your order will automatically be sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you have trouble finding it, we recommend checking your spam folder as well.

    If you still haven’t received an email after 24 hours of placing your order, then please reach out to us.

    Helpful information for us to locate your order:

    • The email address or another email address that you think may have been used accidentally

    • The first and last name on the order

    • The address that the order was shipped to

    Using this information, we will check our system to locate your order. In the event that your email address was entered incorrectly, we can update it and resend the order confirmation email!

  • Our team works hard to make sure all orders are fulfilled correctly, so this is unlikely to occur. However, in the event that you received your order and you're missing an item or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately!

    Please provide the following information:

    • Your order number (ex. 10204487)

    • The name of the item you didn't receive

    • Photo(s) and name of the item(s) you did receive (if you received the wrong item).

    • Picture of the shipping label on the package

    Once customer service has received this information, our team will investigate the issue to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING/WRONG ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

  • At this time, we do not offer free return shipping. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
